Important Notices

Considering the spread of the COVID-19, the 37th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Disability and Oral Health will be held online, during the period of November 13-23, 2020, instead of as originally planned at Yokosuka.

Registration is only available in advance and the fee is free. The deadline of pre-registration is October 23. We are looking forward to your participation.

We will keep you informed of any further updates on the website. We thank all of you in advance for your kind understanding and support in the middle of this challenging global situation. We hope that all of you stay safe and healthy.

Those who have completed registration by the deadline will send the viewing ID and password by e-mail after the end of October, so please be sure to register the e-mail address that you will receive.

Submission of Abstracts

Submission Deadline: 2020, June 18, 1:00pm (in Japan time)

Abstract submission has ended.

Applications for subject proposals (abstract submissions) are to be made by e-mail.
Please confirm the following points, download the template, and after writing your abstract, please submit it by e-mail to : jsdh37@kokuhoken.jp

When submitting, please be sure to write “Abstract submission” as the subject of the e-mail, and attach the abstract file to the e-mail.
In addition, please clearly state within the body of the e-mail whether you wish to make a poster presentation or an oral presentation.

Important Notes:

  1. Author(s): Authors are limited to 15 per abstract.
  2. Author(s) Affiliation: Enter the affiliations of all authors and country.
  3. Title: The title is limited to 60 characters, so make it dynamic and conclusive, rather than descriptive.
  4. Abstract Text: An accepted abstract must contain the following elements: objective, methods, results, and conclusions.
  5. The abstract limit is 300 words, excluding the title, names of authors/co-authors, and affiliations.
  6. Graphs and tables will not be published in abstracts.
  7. Abstracts exceeding the words limit will be considered “incomplete.”
  8. When presenting a case report, you must obtain a consent document from the patient or family.
