Call For Papers

Presentation venue is Poster & Exhibition Room (Main Hall C) on the first floor.
The size of poster display spaces is 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length.
The poster number at the upper left (20 cm × 20 cm box) will be provided by the secretariat.
Display includes title, affiliation and name of presenters in the title box (70 cm W × 20 cm H) with a photo of the presenter in the top right corner.
English is only arrowed to use your poster.
Poster presenter must register in front of the presentation venue and set up their posters in the allocated place between 9:00 and 11:00. on Friday, 20 July.
Presentation schedule (poster viewing time)
Friday, 20 July 11:00 to 16:10
Saturday, 21 July 9:00 to 15:30
Sunday, 22 July 9:00 to 12:00
Please use thumbtacks or pins to affix the posters (Please bring them yourself). Please do not use adhesive tapes such as double-sided tapes.
Presentation time will be hold on Friday, 20 July from 16:10 to 17:10. Presenters shall stand in front of their own posters to answer any questions from participants.
Please remove posters on Sunday, 22 July from 12:00 to 13:00. The secretariat will dispose of posters that are not removed within that time frame.
